When you contact us through our website, only the data you provide is processed, limited to:

• Identity and contact data: full name, email address, phone number (if provided)
• Customer request data: message subject and content
• Technical data: server access logs (IP, date) that may be kept for infrastructure security — not used for marketing

Our site uses no analytics or tracking cookies; no behavioural profiling is performed.

Your data is processed to manage your contact requests, answer your questions, conduct proposal and business-relationship processes, and fulfil legal obligations.

Under Article 5 of the KVKK, your personal data is processed based on your explicit consent given when submitting the contact form, the necessity for the establishment or performance of a contract, and the legitimate interest of the data controller.

Your personal data may be shared only with our hosting and email service providers, to the extent required by the service and with appropriate security measures. Your data is not sold or rented to third parties for marketing.

The map on the contact page loads via Google Maps only when you click “Show map”; in that case Google's own policies apply and a transfer abroad may occur.

Your personal data is retained for as long as the processing purpose requires and for the statutory retention periods set out in applicable law; thereafter it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, request related information
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
• Know the third parties to whom data is transferred at home or abroad
• Request correction if processed incompletely or inaccurately
• Request deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in the KVKK
• Request that correction or deletion be notified to third parties to whom data was transferred
• Object to a result against you arising from analysis of the processed data
• Claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing
